Do you charge any fees or commissions?
No. You’re selling directly to us, so there are no agent commissions and no fees to request an offer.
How quickly can you close?
It depends on the property and title work, but we move as quickly as the process allows — and we’re happy to close later if that suits you better.
What do you need from me to make an offer?
The address or county and parcel ID if you have it, the approximate size, and anything you know about access, utilities or restrictions. A survey or plat helps but isn’t required.
Do you buy land outside Central Texas?
Central Texas is our focus, but we look at every property that comes in. Send us the details and we’ll let you know.
What if my land has challenges?
No road frontage, no utilities, floodplain, liens or an estate in progress — tell us what’s going on. Many of these can be worked through.
